How to Use:
 
Before use on yourself, cleanse your space with incense, spray, or sound.
Place the corresponding crystal onto the selenite blade, placed a top its corresponding chakra for at least 10-20 minutes.
Start with your Root Chakra stone, and place it on your energy center. Continue placing your crystals in an upward manner, and end at your Crown Chakra. Take this this time to breathe, meditate, and connect with your highest good. Allow yourself 15 minutes of rest, and peace. When removing your crystals, go in the opposite direction, removing the Crown Chakra stone first and ending at your Root Chakra. When finished, you should feel centered, divinely connected, and aligned.
